A frozen Banana is a treat in itself. Something about it when it is frozen just tastes so yummy. Banana flavored Ice Cream (specifically Chunky Monkey from Ben & Jerry’s) was my FAVORITE. I won’t even list the sugar content, it’s not important. Banana Ice Cream with Walnuts and chunks of Chocolate. My teeth are just aching thinking about the sugar. (Not to mention my gut)
Well these little treats are so easy, good for you and a great frozen treat to make you forget about Ice Cream! A frozen Banana can easily turn into Ice Cream with nothing added to it, try it in your food processor! Yummm.
Well I sat on the couch and ate umm ALL of them, I shared maybe 1 or 2 with the kids who were staring at me like puppies. I’ll need to make more for them, poor things. The great thing is, these are guiltless. Feel free to try, Strawberries, Blueberries, Grapes, anything you need to use up or that is in season. This doesn’t have to be a summer snack!
