What to do for dinner?? Sometimes that is the topic of question too often in SCD/Paleo households! Keeping some Grass fed or even Organic Beef in the freezer for nights like that, can be a lifesaver. This is a great “go to” meal to use up veggies that you have in the fridge, you really could add anything you would like!
Great for little ones that are picky eaters. Make some and let me know what your family put in it, to make it delicious! Can’t wait to hear your recipe!
This is a great “go to” meal that really, you could add any veggies to.
- 1lb Organic Ground Beef (93/7 - 96/4 )
- 1 Zucchini (Chopped in quarters)
- 1 Bell pepper (Any color diced)
- 1 Tomato (Diced)
- 1 Onion (Diced)
- 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 1 cup Campbell's tomato juice (Can substitute SCD legal can of tomato sauce 8oz)
- pinch Salt & Pepper
This is a great “go to” meal that really, you could add any veggies to. I made this when I was trying to use things I had in my fridge before they spoiled.
The best part?…It is easy, only one pan needed. It’s fast and something the whole family loves.
Double the recipe if your family will be eating with you.
